1. Eligibility for Exchange:
We accept exchange on bra within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on panties, or any intimate apparel once the seal or packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Underwear, nipple cover (unless defective or damaged).
Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Return:

After approval, we will provide you with a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we would inform you and kindly let us know what items you would like to exchange.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. International Returns:
For international orders, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes
