We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Please read our return and exchange terms carefully:

  • Only bras are eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate wear are not returnable once opened—unless the item is faulty.


2. ๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

  • Panties & underwear

  • Nipple covers (unless defective)

  • Sale or clearance items


3. ๐Ÿ“ฌ How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp at 0111 9494 953 with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.


4. ๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges (Size/Color)

Want a different size or color?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and proceed with the exchange based on availability.


5. ๐Ÿงพ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
We will offer a replacement for faulty products.


6. ๐ŸŒ International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes
